We are creating an agile development system to form teams between business departments and the Technology Center and to quickly promote each iteration (*1) for products and services related to the improvement of the customer experience through quick improvements.

Utilizing the business knowledge of digitally savvy business personnel along with digital technology including acquired engineering skills, we are realizing joint in-house development that promotes development while searching together with business departments for systems that will lead to problem resolution.

Accelerated Use of the Cloud

We are promoting cloud-first development for new services, actively using Amazon Web Services and other cloud services. We will systemically migrate our system to the cloud in the future.

Promoting Coordination with External Systems

We promote coordination with external systems to create an environment that encourages communication and the open exchange of opinions within the company, to provide marketing solutions to corporations, and to strengthen our utilization of company-wide data.
