We are creating an agile development system to form teams between business departments and the Technology Center and to quickly promote each iteration (*1) for products and services related to the improvement of the customer experience through quick improvements.

By producing credit card management apps in-house, we are able to launch new services and credit cards quickly utilizing apps and digital technology. We will continue to promote improvements to the customer experience, utilizing new digital technology and apps.
We established corporate venture capital (CVC) at our domestic and international bases and are promoting our Open Innovation Strategy that works to create an ecosystem with venture corporations and exchange personnel for payment schemes and credit granting abilities.
