CSAX strategy

We are promoting the use of AI in terms of both culture and awareness and system and structure, and we are building an environment where employees can grow as AI workers.

① AI workers

Our goal is to enable all of our employees to become AI workers who are naturally proficient in AI, so that we are able to learn, innovate, streamline our business and increase the sophistication of decision-making processes.

② Redesign of operations

Our documents are created in a form that can easily be processed even using AI, and they are organized in an easy-to-understand manner with standardized structures and terminology. We will encourage the creation of documents that overall are consistent in terms of the arrangement of notes, symbols and charts, for example.

③ AI-friendly

We are also committed to the development of a company-wide system including, for example, the redesign of operation processes, the development of AI utilization environments, AI-friendly system design and the improvement of AI governance. We aim to enable the sustainable use of AI to take root by advancing the transformation of both our culture and systems.

④ AI governance

We are developing a governance system to ensure safety and peace of mind in the use of AI. By clarifying job-specific rules and judgment criteria, we will build an environment that enables employees to feel secure about using AI.

Digitally savvy human resources

Employees will learn digital and AI skills and apply them practically in accordance with their experience and roles. We will make AI skills ubiquitous throughout all of our employee segments and develop an environment that enables them to grow and pursue careers as AI workers.
