New Medium-term Management Plan

In the New Medium-term Management Plan, we engaged in backcasting from our vision for 2030 and established four key themes and goals in consideration of the current environment. We aim to achieve consolidated business profit of ¥100.0 billion and ROE of 9.5% in the three years through FY2026. As a first step toward increasing corporate value to realize our vision for 2030, we aim to achieve a PBR above 1 and market capitalization of ¥1 trillion.

Changes in profit structure and segment targets in the New Medium-term Management Plan

To achieve the business profit target of ¥100.0 billion, the New Medium-term Management Plan depicts a profit growth story centered on three businesses: the Payment Business, which aims to improve profitability and reduce costs; the Finance Business, which aims to increase profits and improve asset efficiency through Group businesses; and the Global Business, which aims to accelerate profit growth through direct lending, particularly in India. The plan also promotes a capital policy that discloses key KPIs for management that is conscious of the cost of capital and the stock price, a CSDX strategy that supports the growth of each business, and a human resource strategy.
We have been constantly transforming our business portfolio and expanding our businesses, strengthening existing businesses, and creating new ones. In this three-year plan, we will continue to pursue further profit growth and enhance our corporate value, while respecting our DNA of taking on challenges and initiating reforms that we have inherited from the past.
