■TCFD Consortium

In May 2022, we expressed our support for the TCFD consortium, a discussion forum for the companies and financial institutions supporting the TCFD recommendations. We are working towards enhancing our disclosures based on the TCFD framework.
■Science Based Targets Initiative(SBTi)

SBTi (Science Based Targets Initiative) is an international initiative jointly established in 2015 by four organizations: CDP, UN Global Compact, WRI (World Resources Institute), and WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature).
We have obtained SBTi Certificate in August 2024 as our group's greenhouse gas emission reduction targets were recognized as science-based targets under the Paris Agreement's greenhouse gas emission reduction targets.
■Japan Impact-driven Financing Initiative
In April 2023, we became a signatory of Japan Impact-driven Financing initiative. This initiative has been established with a group of financial institutions with the common belief that financial institutions exist to comprehensively understand their impact and work to create solutions to environmental and social issues.
■Social Impact Management Initiative

We are affiliated with SIMI, a multi-sector initiative bringing together diverse members including businesses, funders, brokers, government agencies, intermediate support organizations, think tanks, evaluators and researchers to cooperate to promote social impact management throughout Japan.
■Inclusion in ESG indices
