1. Purpose of use

The Company will use shareholders' information for the purposes specified below.

(1) Exercising rights and performing obligations under the Companies Act

(2) Offering information, services and other benefits to those holding the shareholder status

(Including information on services and other areas for the purpose mentioned above provided by the Company, the Credit Saison Group or Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited, which serves as transfer agent for the Company)

(3) Implementing various measures to facilitate smooth relationships with shareholders

(4) Managing shareholders, including the preparation of shareholder data in accordance with the standards specified under laws

(5) Responding to or processing different kinds of inquiries

2. Inquiries on shareholders' information

The Company commissions its transfer agent, Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited, to keep and manage its shareholders' register.

Any shareholder wishing to check or change their information (or the shareholders' register) is asked to contact the head office or any branch of Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited across the country or the contact address shown below.

Please note in advance that, depending on the nature of the inquiry, procedures compliant with applicable laws and regulations may be required.
