18/40 Challenge to the new business model (2)
The 2nd direction for our challenge of establishment of a new business model is customer response by utilizing technologies or automatization/increase in efficiency of back office operations. Or automatization of call centers and such through the use of the A.I. - there is so much more that can be done in terms of innovation here, that we are thinking of entering into cooperation with the leading business enterprises and trying to set everything up in a way that will require no actual people working.I should particularly note that we are now entering into the big data business, and this is an area, where we do not yet know for sure what kind of endeavors will be successful and in what form, so the idea is to advance in earnest before everyone else does and try not to lose to the competition.
